  • Accounts for L.A.R.C’s financial management of Birmingham Music Network and Birmingham Music Network LMT - showing how the 316k allocated in 2003 has been spent.
  • Information regarding L.A.R.C’s pre 2003 track record in managing and delivering Music Industry programmes and ‘Routes to Market’ activities.
  • List of current Birmingham Music Network directors.
  • List of current Birmingham Music Network LMT directors.
  • Copy of Birmingham Music Network 2002/3 business plan.
  • Details of who owns the intellectual property for the above business plan.
  • The open-tendering procedures and protocols employed by Birmingham & Solihull Learning Skills Council prior to the selection of L.A.R.C. as an appropriate ‘Accountable Body’ for delivery of the Birmingham Music Network contract.
  • List of unsuccessful applicants who tended for delivery of the Birmingham Music Network contract – (as ‘Accountable Bodies’).
  • Names and contact details of Birmingham & Solihull Learning Skills Council internal Music Industry consultant(s) who assessed and signed-off L.A.R.C.’s bid to oversee the delivery of the Birmingham Music Network contract.
  • Names and contact details of external Music Industry consultant(s) who assisted Birmingham & Solihull in their selection of L.A.R.C. as the most appropriate accountable body for delivery of the Birmingham Music Network contract.
