trying to recover monies owed, our equipment and the rest. I have given up

Just to let you and Anthony know that LARC / LSC are being investigated by
Birmingham City Council Corporate Fraud department - ( Neil Farquarson ) - I'll
let you know more when I hear something.

Hi Mark
I will try to call you but yes I think it would be good if you contacted
Neil and supplied him with paperwork because he's taking the matter very
seriously and LARC , (as a City Council Advice centre) do fall under his
auspices.

I've mislaid his number but just phone BCC switchboard on 303-9944 and asked
to be put through to Neil Farquarson in corporate fraud department. Tell him
you're willing to supply evidence in respect of Mr X's letter that he is currently investigating.
