Anthony is not answering his phone.
Will send email in next few minutes.
If he cant attend the meeting it may not be possible for it to go ahead.
Hence my asking you for dates so that it could be properly fixed up.

HI Steve,
thank you for the email,
I have just spoken to Anthony and he has confirmed he has recieved no calls from you, he has had no missed calls and you have not left a message.

Both Anthony and I will make ourselves available to make a meeting at 10am on tuesday 18th oct. Again, we have been requesting action on this issue since our urgent meeting on 4th August. I have been calling you since last week requesting that you spoke to Ted. You didn't get an answer from him til Wednesday even though I phoned you on monday and tuesday to remind you to make the call. Today is thursday, you have just told me that Ted now cannot attend a meeting on Friday as requested, and now both Anthony and I are rearraging our preplanned work schedules in order to make a meeting at 10am on tuesday. This is not a satifactory situation.

I have also asked you several times if LARC could arange payment to be made to Young and Lee so that any monies clear into their account by 22 october. You have repeatedly put off any reply to this question. I asked you upon receipt of the conirmation of court papers sent on 24th sept, I asked you again on receipt of young and lees letter of 29th September, I asked you again whilst I was away on 29th and 30th september. I also asked you on monday 3rd october, tuesday 4th october and friday 6th October. Today is the 13th October and again you have replied to my question with SEE EMAIL. I have read both your emails and you have not referred to this point at all in either.

I will ask again. Can you get the money to young and lee to clear into their bank balance by the 22nd october so that judgment doesn't remain on the public record?

The money refers to the outstanding amount mentioned in Young and lees letter of 29th oct and court judgment of 24th september.

I would also request at this time that you bring a copy of LARC's constitution with you on Tuesday as I would like a copy please.

Can you also bring a copy of the contract between Larc and LSC for the purposes of the Project as I would also like to ensure I have a copy of that too please.

cheers
mark
