LARC proceedure in action

Hi Steve,

after discussing the matter in some detail with ted, I have forwarded you some recent correspondence from Stuart Price. May I remind you that these documents were supplied to you on several previous occasions(see the email below), the documents were provided in paper format at meetings and presented to you at larc, and here they are again for you to read. I draw your attention to the opening few lines and the last couple of paragraphs. please read it carefully and give me a call when you have done so as i would like to ask you some questions on the matter.

I also need Ted's email address in order to email him some documentation that he has requested urgently.

please be advised that attention to this matter is urgent and that I feel that you may be obstructing the process. I just phoned the office to ask if Carol was there so I could discuss the accounts. I was met by someone who said Carol was on a day off and steve was out of the office if that was "sorry I've forgotten your name from Birmingham Music Network"

I find this offensive as I did not call for steve conlan, I called to speak to Carol. In addition to this, I don't like being lied to as I phoned you on your mobile immediately and you answered saying you were just writing something on carols desk. This means you WERE in the office, and you have clearly instructed staff answering the phone that you do not wish to speak with me and if I call they should say you are unavailable. Unless you can provide another explanation I will take this matter very seriously.

Today is friday, BMN ltd and LARC have court action hanging over them, you told me that carol was out on wednesday and that she would be available on thursday and friday. I am trying to resolve issues and you appear to me to be dodging your responsibilities. I would like a written explanation on this matter please.
cheers
mark

Mark,
I will respond to this email, but not any further ones written in this tone.
Carol was off during the early part of the week and then needed more time off. Whilst I may be giving you this information in order to demonstrate that there is no conspiracy, who is in or out is of no concern of yours. The "someone" must have been Phil.I suspect that I was out of the office (but not the building) when you phoned and had returned by the time you tried my mobile. Think about it, if I did not want to talk to you I need not answer my mobile. your number is contained in it and I know that the call is from you. No instructions of the nature that you describe has or will be given to staff - what`s the point? In any case you were told that I was out of the office-not unavailable. I take a dim view of the fact that you say I am dodging my responsibilities. As far as I am concerned that is not the case. In any matter that would be a judgement to be made by my employers.

Please be precise as to what documents you wish me read and what passages, together with the point you are making.

Finally, you ask me to give you a written explanation and also to phone you, which is a little confusing....Steve
