I have just popped in to the office for a while.
Arrangements have been made to find Ted on Monday.

Should a payment be made to cover the CCJ, LARC will need the assurance that Young and Lee do not have any other invoices, costs, etc which they might present in the future. When I added up the invoices it came to more than £5000. You may wish to get in touch with Stuart Price and confirm this. Would he be willing to state this in a letter. It could make the job easier. steve.

Ted is back at work today following the motor accident yesterday.
However, I have no news with regards to the "legals". I am sure he will give it his attention when he is able to....Steve

Ted cannot make the dates you were able to give. May I suggest that you let me have as many dates as possible for when you are available. I appreciate that you are both busy, but if you two can come up with an agreed date it will be easier for me to take that to Ted. Will need as many dates for next week as possible since that brings us up to the 21st.

A meeting has been set up as stated below.
In the last few minutes I am now informed by Mark that he does not know whether Anthony is available and I am unable to reach Anthony by phone. This is why this morning I asked you Mark to let me know dates you were both available. You sent a text asking me to give a date and you would both arrange to be there. This I did. You must realise that we are doing our best to resolve this issue and if there now becomes further delay I trust you understand why.

Let me confirm the meeting as next Tuesday 18th October at 10.00 am. I need you to confirm that this is in order. Venue here at LARC. Consultancy rate will be made for the attendance. Ian to note.

I need to know the exact amount of the debt to be paid. Ted is a signatory and I will ask one of the other signatories to sign prior to Tuesday. We will need an invoice from you for the amount. You can send this by email now.

As you are aware there are certain conditions which we want to talk about. A document is being produced but is not ready at this time. If I can get it to you before Tuesday then I shall.

Now, if we all reach an agreement the cheque will be given to you on the day. I understand that on payment of the cheque the debt is satisfied and that it does not have to clear in the bank beforehand.The giving of the cheque is the acceptable payment. You may wish to check this out.

Now, if Anthony cannot make this meeting then I suggest you get some dates to me very quickly so that I can make arrangements. Email as soon as you can.

I shall be available at the LARC office tommorrow between 9.00 and 10.30 only. I may be out of contact at other times. However, I will check with the offfice from time to time.
